April Ross
April Ross has won more than one Olympic gold medal. She is among only a handful of female beach volleyball players that be able to do so. In Tokyo during the coming days she'll be aiming to claim her third Olympic medal together with fellow first-time Olympian Alix Klineman. Ross hopes to win more than her initial Olympic medal. At 39 this may be her last chance to do so. She is still confident nevertheless. Ross stated to NBC Boston that he believes that if the team plays their most effective, and even play an excellent game, we'll be in the running for gold. That's why I'm taking a little bit of luck and hope for the best. Ross is born August 22nd, 1982 in Costa Mesa California. She resided there with her family. In Newport Harbor High School, she participated in various athletics. She was a basketball player and also ran track, in addition to her indoor volleyball achievements in her time as a college athlete. In the last sport she clearly stood out. As a time at the high school level According to her university biography she played as middle blocker, an outside player, and setter. She was named in the category of Gatorade National Circle of Champions player of the year in 1999 for her efforts. She was also awarded an Orange County Athlete of the of the year for volleyball. Ross Klineman joined her relationship in 2017 but Ross has been a prominent participant on the beach for quite a while before. It's true that she has been an active player on the scene of beaches over the years. Indeed, Ross won several tournaments, including one with a legendary volleyball player. Between 2007 and 2013, she was working by Jennifer Kessy, who is now her coach. Together with Kessy Ross was awarded an Olympic Title in 2009 as she raced on the international circuit. They were awarded a silver medal in the 2012 Olympic Games held in London. Misty Maytreanor (Jennings) as well as Misty Maytreanor clinched gold beating them to it. For her two final years, she took the Trojans up the mountain to win consecutive national titles. She was a great volleyball player. She won the Honda Sports Award in 2003-04 as the best female college volleyball player. Ross was a major in international relations at USC. Margie Ross, Ross' mother, didn't get the opportunity to witness Ross' daughter blossom into famous in beach volleyball. Ross's mother died in the year 2001. Ross was still an USC sophomore. It was discovered that she had breast cancer. She continues to cherish her mother who died. Margie continues to be an inspiration for her family on the beach and all throughout her life.
