Colleen Ballinger

Colleen Mae Balinger was born on November 21st the 21st of November, 1986. Her Internet character Miranda Sings is her most well-known. She has uploaded videos of her character on YouTube and performed her one-woman comedy routine in theaters across the world. In 2016, she created and performed in Haters Back Off the Netflix original series that focuses on the character. Ballinger developed the jolly eccentric, egotistical and talentless character to laugh at the thousands of YouTube videos of people singing poorly as a way to gain entry into the show industry. Her YouTube channels, combined have exceeded 5 billion views. The Miranda Sings channel has more than 10 million subscribers, and the actress has more than 13 million TikTok followers and 6 million Instagram followers. Ballinger was honored with the Teen Choice Award for Web Star: Comedy and the Streamy Award for Best Actress. 4. The Hollywood Reporter selected her as one of its Top 25 Digital Stars, and she was ranked as No. 5 on Forbes magazine's 2017 list of most influential people in the entertainment industry. Ballinger has been an actor as well as a vocalist on television, film and television, as well as recordings and on online shows. She returned back to California in 2012 to find she was unable to expand her YouTube audience without collaborating with YouTubers from Los Angeles. In July of 2015, following many years of being together, Ballinger and Joshua Evans tied the knot in California. In two separate videos on YouTube, Evans and Ballinger announced that they were divorcing in September 2016.
